Review and Agree to the Following Terms Before Placing Your Order

Custom spa covers and in-stock covers are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

Build Your Cover Production Time: Approximately 7 to 10 business days until a brand new cover ships from our factory (Not Including Transit Time – Shipping Time). All custom Build Your Cover orders, including hot tub covers, are shipped based on seasonal volume. We do our best to stay on schedule but cannot guarantee a delivery time during peak seasons. Your cover will be delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Ready to Ship Covers: Will ship in 3 to 5 business days (Not Including Transit Time – Shipping Time).

Blow Out Deals: Ship in 3 to 5 Business Days (Not Including Transit Time – Shipping Time).

Measurement Responsibility:
Low Cost Spa Covers is not liable for measurement errors. Please ensure your dimensions are accurate before proceeding with your order. We do not accept responsibility for inaccuracies or incorrectly submitted measurements.

We highly recommend that you physically measure and double-check the size of your spa. Covers may not be returned due to size errors or covers ordered from our database.

Upon Placing Your Order:
You should receive an “Order Received – Reply to Confirm” email shortly after submission. To avoid delays, it is important that you reply as soon as possible, as we will not start production until we receive confirmation from you. If you do not confirm your order within 5 days, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

If you have not received this email, please check your Promotions or Spam email folders, as it may have been filtered there.

Color Variation Notice:
Actual colors may vary due to differences in computer monitor displays and individual color perception. While we strive to ensure our photos are as accurate as possible, please understand that the actual color may slightly differ from what you see on your monitor. By checking the box on the checkout screen, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. Please note, returns are not accepted due to color variances

Order Processing: 
During the processing period, we are unable to accept any changes to the order itself (shipping address and phone number changes are always accepted but may result in a fee assessed by the shipping company) 

Spa covers will not be made less than the measurements submitted but due to the nature of the materials used, we reserve the right to allow the cover to be no more than 1.75″ larger than the specified size.

If you Have a Caldera or Hot spring Lifter and need plates installed in your new replacement cover. Let us know before placing your order, so we can install them. $58 extra for plates.

Our Spa Covers Are water Resistant, but not waterproof.

Prices shown are for any size/shape cover up to 95″x95″. Covers that exceed 95″ in either direction or require speaker hoods, boots, or special cut-outs, Call Toll-Free 866-268-3770 for a quote.

Ordering Instructions:

To ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies in measurements phone orders are not accepted.

If you have an oversized cover or due to circumstances need to place your order over the phone it is the purchaser’s responsibility to review the emailed order confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact the office so we may reissue one. After 24 hours the order is considered complete and correct and therefore we are not responsible for the measurements, hinge direction, color, etc. 

Cancellation Policy:
Each cover we sell is custom-made to your specifications, and once production begins, significant costs are incurred. You may cancel your order within 72 hours of submission without penalty by sending a written request via email to sales@lowcostspacovers.com.

After 72 hours, your order is processed and production commences. If you choose to cancel after this period, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. If you initially cancel by phone, you must follow up with an email to sales@lowcostspacovers.com to confirm the cancellation. We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging the cancellation.

Please note, your order remains active until you receive written confirmation from us. This policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.


Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable:

All covers are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their custom-made nature. Custom spa covers and in-stock covers are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Shipping Information:

Your spa cover will be shipped in a box approximately 4′ (H) x 8′ (L) and will weigh between 30-60 lbs depending on the taper and foam density chosen.

Due to size constraints, we utilize common carrier LTL trucks for all shipments, as UPS, FedEx, etc., cannot accommodate such large packages.

Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our freight partners (such as Seko, XPO or Etc) will arrange a delivery time frame directly with you, typically within a 3-4 hour window. Please note these times are approximate and not guaranteed. For any delivery appointment inquiries, please contact the carrier directly using the phone number provided in your shipping notification. Missing a scheduled delivery may result in a redelivery fee.

Important Delivery Instructions:

Presence Required for Inspection: It highly recommended to have someone present during delivery to inspect the shipment for any damage.

Authorization for Driver: Leaving a note for the driver authorizes them to leave the cover without inspection. By doing so, you accept full responsibility for the cover’s condition and will need to file any freight claims directly with the carrier in case of damage.

Scheduling and Contact Information: Ensure you provide an active phone number for the freight company to coordinate delivery date and time. Failure to schedule may lead to disposal of the cover by the carrier, resulting in no refund or replacement.

Inspection Guidelines:

Initial Inspection: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the outer box for any visible damage. If damage is evident, open the box and inspect the cover itself.

Damaged Cover Protocol: If the cover is damaged, do not sign the delivery receipt.

Refusal of Damaged Shipment: It is crucial to refuse delivery if the cover shows signs of damage. If someone accepts delivery on your behalf and damage isn’t noted on the receipt or an exception number isn’t provided, you’ll be responsible for filing a freight claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged Cover Procedures:

Immediate Actions: Should your spa cover arrive damaged and you refuse delivery or receive an exception number with noted damage, contact our office promptly. We will manufacture and ship a replacement cover within 10 business days and handle the freight claim process with the carrier.

Unattended Delivery: If your cover is delivered without a signature, notify us within 48 hours to initiate a damage claim. Claims made after this period may be rejected by the carrier, resulting in finalizing the sale.

Returns:
All of our spa covers, including our In-stock covers, are custom-made based on the measurements and color preferences provided by you and are therefore NON-RETURNABLE. Spa cover lifters may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, provided they are in their original packaging and include all hardware. A refund will be issued after verifying the contents.

Please note: This policy does not apply to damaged spa covers that have been refused upon delivery. For information on handling damaged spa covers, please refer to the Shipping section above.”
