- Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Low Cost Spa Covers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including our refund, return, and chargeback policies. It is your responsibility to review these terms before purchasing. - Payment Authorization & Order Confirmation
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
- Custom spa covers are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
- You will not initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us for resolution.
- All Sales Are Final
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our spa covers. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or factors beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
Filing a chargeback without valid cause is considered fraud. If a chargeback is initiated:
- We will dispute the claim with proof of your order, IP tracking (recorded digital footstep of your visit(s) on our site), shipping details, phone recordings, and acceptance of these terms.
- You may be blacklisted from future purchases.
- Legal action may be taken for fraudulent claims.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team at 866-268-3770 before disputing the charge. We are committed to resolving any concerns. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
Custom Spa Covers and Ready to Ship covers are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
In the event that we are unable to deliver to your location due to it being in a rural or remote access area, we will contact you shortly after you place your order to explain that none of our shipping carriers are able to deliver. In such cases, we will immediately issue a full refund to your account.
If you live on a dead-end or narrow road or in a gated community, please contact us before placing your order.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an “Order Received – Reply to Confirm” email shortly after submission. To avoid delays, reply as soon as possible. We will not start production until confirmation is received.
- If you do not confirm your order within 5 days, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
- This confirmation verifies that your provided dimensions are accurate. Low Cost Spa Covers is not responsible for errors in submitted measurements.
- You are confirming that the order details and selected options are exactly what you will receive.
Production & Shipping
- Orders will display a ship-to date during the ordering process, excluding transit time.
- Peak seasons may affect delivery schedules.
- Ready to Ship Covers: Ships within 4 to 5 business days (excluding transit time).
- Blow Out Deals: Ships within 3 to 5 business days (excluding transit time).
Measurement Responsibility
- Low Cost Spa Covers is not liable for measurement errors. Please double-check all dimensions before ordering.
- Covers may not be returned due to incorrect measurements.
Color Variation Notice
- Actual colors may vary due to display differences. Returns are not accepted due to color variances.
Order Processing
- No changes can be made once processing begins (address/phone updates may incur a shipping fee).
- Covers will not be made smaller than specified but may be up to 1.75” larger due to material limitations.
- Customers with Caldera or Hot Spring Lifters requiring installed plates must notify us before ordering ($58 extra charge).
- Our covers are water-resistant, not waterproof.
- Covers exceeding 95” or requiring special modifications require a quote (Call Toll-Free 866-268-3770).
- Our spa covers are not compatible with the Jacuzzi J400 Series that has a raised water fall feature.
Ordering Instructions
- Phone orders are not accepted to ensure measurement accuracy.
- If special circumstances require a phone order, the purchaser must review the emailed order confirmation within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, the order is considered final and correct.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 72 hours without penalty via email request.
- After 72 hours, a $75 cancellation fee applies.
- Orders canceled after shipment or refused upon delivery will incur shipping charges.
- Cancellations are not valid until written confirmation is received.
Product Disclaimer
- Do not walk, sit, stand, or play on the cover.
- Do not swim or play under the cover.
- The BASIC (4”-2”) spa cover is only warranted for indoor use. Outdoor use voids the warranty.
Shipping Information
- Covers ship in large boxes (approx. 4′ x 8′, weighing 30-60 lbs.).
- We use LTL truck carriers due to size constraints.
- Deliveries occur Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Freight partners will schedule delivery within a 3-4 hour window.
- Missing a scheduled delivery may result in redelivery fees.
Important Delivery Instructions
- Presence is required for inspection.
- Leaving a note for the driver authorizes delivery without inspection, transferring full responsibility to the customer.
- Provide an active phone number for delivery coordination.
- Failure to schedule delivery may lead to disposal without refund.
Inspection Guidelines
- Inspect the outer box before signing the delivery receipt.
- If damage is evident, open the box and inspect the cover.
- Do not sign for damaged shipments.
Damaged Cover Procedures
- If damage occurs and you refuse delivery, contact us immediately for a replacement.
- If the cover is delivered unattended, report damage within 48 hours to file a claim.
- Claims made after 48 hours may be rejected.
Returns
- Custom spa covers, including in-stock covers, are non-returnable.
- Spa cover lifters may be returned at the purchaser’s expense if in original packaging with all hardware.
- Refunds are issued after content verification.
